COLDSKY – Qiqiaoland, a children’s education-themed mall developer, has obtained 200 million yuan in Angel round fundraising from Wuliang Capital (无量资本).

Founded by Lan Qiang in the southern city Shenzhen in 2010, Qiqiaoland brought together child learning brands such as YMM Art Education, TAL Education Group and Lego Education in one property.

The core idea is to enter into long-term cooperation with more than 300 leading education companies and offer seven services for families – education, products, games, health, food, a mum’s club and kid’s home, at one venue.

Qiqiaoland said it now is operating 140,000 square meters in malls in top-tier cities, with 100,000 square meters more to open for business soon. It also aims to build 100 Qiqiaoland children’s centers by 2022.

The angel investor Wang Mingming of Wuliang Capital said Qiqiaoland has made it easy for children to receive educational courses at one place as brands are united to develop the market together. Qiqiaoland also runs an app to meet customized requirements of customers.

In December 2017, Qiqiaoland launched Sino-Finish International Kindergarten and Sino-Finish Educational Garden at Hainan Airlines Town in Shenzhen.
