COLDSKY.CN – AICROBO Technology（隆博科技），a mobile robot and intra-logistics solutions supplier，got the injection of +10M yuan from Changshu Xindongneng Industrial Investment（常熟新动能产业投资发展有限公司） and Changshu East’s Star(常熟东之星高新投资有限公司).
Following the investment, the Shenzhen-based start-up will move its headquarters to Changshu, a city in east China’s Jiangsu Province, a core part of the Yangtze River Delta that also includes Zhejiang, Anhui and Shanghai. The delta is supported by the central government to pilot integrated development that sees massive industrial restructuring and administration reform.
AICROBO robots, based on autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions, are mainly used for indoor logistics in production, warehouse and service. The pallet transport device is designed for heavy-load cargo and able to work with forklift and conveyor belt. The picking device can meet high circulation demand in warehouse logistics and can cooperate with worker to improve efficiency.
The company plans to increase its R&D team to over 200 people. It will also increase efforts in marketing, delivery and maintenance service and recruit more business partners for rapid development, according to the company’s press release.
